OUR FOUNDER
PERSONAL
Christina Ashford is the Founder and CEO at Ashford Collective Corp. She was born and raised in New York and now resides outside of Atlanta, GA with her college sweetheart/husband and their two amazing children.
IMPACTLYTICS
She strives to ensure that organizations are provided business advisory services to maximize their overall impact. By aligning funding, goods, and/or services strategically, she seeks to utilize these things in support of philanthropic and mission-driven work. She believes the budget and philanthropic endeavors of an organization embodies its values.
DANCE FITNESS
Throughout her life, dance has always played a major role in Christina's development. A dancer from the age of 5, Christina started taking her training seriously at age 11 under the instruction of Stacie Nelson (Owner/Director of The NY Dancers Studio). She went on to join the musical theatre program in high school while continuing her dance training. In college, at Georgetown Univ., she performed with two different companies all four years: Black Movements Dance Theatre (where she eventually became the Student Director her senior year) and Groove Theory (a hip-hop performance team). As a certified MixxedFit Instructor and Master Educator Candidate, Christina uses her classes to connect to her dance roots through dance fitness, her love for people, and to truly embody the mission of MixxedFit – to bring the people together through fitness while serving our communities.
